Making it the sportiest Taurus model is the sedan’s 3.5-liter EcoBoost V6 engine under the hood, boasting 365 hp and 350 lb-ft of torque. The powerplant is mated to a six-speed automatic transmission. The SHO also comes with larger brakes than the standard Taurus model and is equipped with Torque Vectoring Control.
