Lamborghini has been kind enough to let us see and hear the Huracán Super Trofeo race car, albeit heavily camouflaged, ahead of its debut.

The Italian automaker shared a video of its upcoming Huracán Super Trofeo race car, which will be unveiled on August 15 at this year’s Pebble Beach weekend at the Quail. The Huracán Super Trofeo has undergone initial testing at the Vallelunga race track in Italy and will likely have the same 5.2-liter V10 engine as the production variant.

Power output is expected to get a bump over the standard 602-hp number but its aerodynamic upgrades and weight loss will make it a true race car. Expect more details once the Huracán Super Trofeo debuts in less than two weeks.
