Mazda CX-3 to Debut at LA Auto Show
Mazda might be planning to reveal its new crossover based on the sub-compact Mazda2 during the L.A. Auto Show next month.
A new report from Australian Motoring.com.au citing an unnamed source suggests that the company is planning to debut the CX-3 in L.A. before a global launch next year. The new crossover is supposedly going to be revealed along with a refreshed version of the CX-5 compact crossover that first went on sale in 2012.

Mazda announced last week that production of the new Mazda2 is underway at its Santa Fe, Mexico assembly plant although it isn’t clear if the company has plans to assemble the new small crossover there as well. Once it arrives, the CX-3 will compete with products like the Nissan Juke and soon-to-arrive Honda HR-V, which is based on the Fit.
