All affected vehicles were manufactured between July 3, 2006 to November 5, 2014.

If the seat heaters are unable to turn off, it could cause areas of the seat to get really hot, overheat and even smolder increasing the risk of injury to the person occupying the seat. Dealers will install an additional module to the circuit that can interrupt power to the seat heaters in case the defective electronic module fails.
