A new limited selection of houses inspired by Bugatti are being built in Dubai.

Designed by Damac Properties, a company that has thrown Audi R8s in with luxury condo deals in the past, the new ETTORE 971 limited edition villas come complete with an indoor vehicle display where you can show off your very own supercar. The name is derived from company founder Ettore Bugatti and the international calling code for Dubai, 971.

Selling for around $10 million, the collection of seven-bedroom villas is part of the 55-million square foot Akoya Oxygen master development that will overlook the Trump World Golf Club by Tiger Woods design.

“We know that many of our loyal customers are huge fans of the Bugatti super sports car brand and the opportunity to live in the world’s first villas styled in Bugatti’s design language featuring key codes of the brand’s DNA is a unique opportunity to experience this fantastic brand in a whole new way,” said Ziad El Chaar, managing director of Damac Properties.

“The added touch of being able to see your car from many areas of the living quarters adds to the immersive design incorporated throughout these truly luxurious homes,” he said.
