Mysterious electric car maker Faraday Future teased something resembling an actual vehicle in its booth at this weekend’s Formula E event in Long Beach.

Spotted by AutoBlog at the Formula E race in Long Beach, the teaser is on a sheet that was located behind the FFZERO1 concept car, showing just a silhouette of a crossover above the brand’s new variable architecture design. As an automaker interested in bringing an electric car to market soon and for the masses, Faraday Future is a title sponsor of the Long Beach Grand Prix.

The profile created by the outline brings to mind a coupe-like crossover, like the BMW X6 or Mercedes GLE Coupe. A polarizing design, it would be an interesting and niche body style to use for a new company’s first car.

Faraday Future first appeared on the radar following a debut at this year’s Consumer Electronics Show, where it showed off a futuristic racecar concept called the FFZERO1, seen below. At the debut, the company made sure to point out that the design for its first vehicle is done and it is currently testing the car in the U.S., but there’s been no mention of when the vehicle will actually come to market.
