Tupac's Hummer Fetches $337,144 at Auction

Tupac Shakur’s Hummer H1 sold for $337,144 according to RR Auction.

The fully-loaded Hummer was customized by the late rapper and features a 6.5-liter turbo-diesel V8 engine under the hood mated to an automatic transmission. It has 10,101 miles on the odometer and some of its accessories include off-road lights, a 360-degree spotlight, a grille guard, diamond-plate bumpers, GC Package oversized off-road wheels and tires as well as an external PA system with three sirens. The are over the rear driver-side fender features white graphics saying “Eliminator.”

Inside, the cabin has been trimmer with burl wood and beige leather while in-car entertainment is a 12-disc Clarion sound system and a Sony GPS. The Hummer H1 also has a central tire inflation system, full power options for the air conditioning and a 12,000-pound winch.

The winning bidder not only received the vehicle, but also got a license plate with “YAKNPAC,” which honors Shakur and late rapper Yaki “Prince” Kadafi and promotional cassettes for Michael Jackson’s Thriller and 2Pac’s All Eyez on Me.

“It’s an incredible piece of hip-hop history that evokes the invincible spirit of one of rap’s true lyrical giants,” said Robert Livingston, Executive VP at RR Auction. “We are thrilled at the price achieved and with the continued success of our specialty themed auctions.”
