Your First Look at the Upcoming McLaren Movie

Universal Pictures has released the first trailer for McLaren.

As the movie’s title suggests, the film will tell the story of Bruce McLaren, the New Zealander who founded the McLaren Motor Racing team. McLaren is directed by Roger Donaldson with Dwayne Cameron playing the role of McLaren for the dramatized scenes.

The inspirational documentary will recount Bruce McLaren’s pioneering spirit, unwavering tenacity and endless passion for motorsports and is expected to head to movie theaters this year.

There will be several familiar names contributing to the film including Emerson Fittipaldi, Alastair Caldwell, Chris Amon, Howden Ganley, Mario Andretti, Dan Gurney, Lothar Motschchenbacher and Sir Jackie Stewart.

It’s unclear if McLaren will be shown in the U.S. and no release date has been announced. Watch the trailer above.
