Even though Audi hasn’t announced any details on their 2012 race program, including its driver line-up for the year, that hasn’t stopped them from making a grand appearance testing a pair of 2012 LMP1 race cars at Sebring Raceway.

Two of their LMP1 cars were spotted at the track in Florida along with the 2011 Le Mans winners Marcel Fässler, André Lotterer and Benoît Tréluyer, each getting behind the wheel of the diesel machines. 2008 winners Dindo Capello, Tom Kristensen and Allan McNish were also there for Audi in order to provide feedback and another perspective as Audi gets ready for the new race season.

It shouldn’t be long until we find out what improvements Audi has made to their race car and race program for 2012.
