Almost a decade ago a small exotic car show in St. Petersburg, FL held its inaugural event, and nine years later the Festivals of Speed has ballooned into a celebration of go-fast goodies.

The main attraction is easily the supercars, and there was no shortage of rare, high-price hardware, including the Koenigsegg CCXR (above). Other highlights for the exotic car enthusiast include a Lamborghini Aventador, a Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder Performante, a Spyker, several McLaren MP4-12Cs, a Ferrari FF, a Porsche GT3 RS 4.0 and a long list of other Ferraris, Lamborghinis, Aston Martins and more.

Get a load of all the exotics in our extensive gallery below.

Look at all those toys! I wish I had known about that show, as I don't live too terribly far from St. Pete. I used to date some one whose father would take us to car shows, though they were typically more focused on classic English cars. Still a delight, don't get me wrong, but I always hoped there'd be more modern cars like these. Simply gorgeous! http://www.carsmetics.com/California/LakeForest
