Continuing the tradition established by the Ferrari 360 Challenge Stradale and the Ferrari 430 Scuderia, this generation’s 458 will receive it’s own track-ready variant: the Monte Carlo.

It’s inevitable that the Italian automaker will release a track-focused variant of its production exotic road car, and when the 458 Monte Carlo becomes available it’ll have 600-hp or more, and sport a modified suspension setup. Also look for more aggressive bodywork and a lighter overall weight.

Those are the only details that have been released thus far on the upcoming track-ready 458 model, but we anticipate more to come from the Italian automaker in the near future.
