2014 Subaru Forester Priced at $21,995
Subaru has announced official pricing for its 2014 Forester, which will be offered in four different trim lines starting at $21,995 for the base model.
Two engine choices are available for the Forester, offering either a 2.5-liter boxer engine with 170 hp, or a turbocharged 2.0-liter boxer engine with 250 hp. To get one of the turbocharged engines under the hood, the starting price on the Forester will be $27,995. In staying with Subaru tradition, all of the 2014 Forester models come standard with symmetrical all-wheel drive. Subaru estimates that the base 2.5-liter engine will get 24 mpg city, 32 mpg highway for a total of 27 mpg combined.

All-new features for 2014 include Subaru’s new Starlink infotainment system, a rear-view camera, color multi-function display, power rear gate with automatic close and keyless access and start. Models equipped with the optional CVT transmission get hill descent control along with a new X-Mode control which is meant to provide extra control in adverse driving conditions.
Top of the line Touring models will also get a navigation system and an upgraded audio system.

I Love my new 2014 2.5i Forester (Touring)!! It is exceeding my expectations. I bought it to replace my 2003 Forester XS. I needed something a little bigger now. Great car so far. Very comfortable, good mileage, and fun to drive.
