A selection of photos have leaked ahead of the start of the Detroit Auto Show debut, showing off Lincoln’s take on a luxury crossover.

The crossover is rumored to be called the MKC and though it’ll be in concept form at the auto show, it should closely resemble the production model. The MKC is also reported to be a rebadged Escape with a more luxurious style and interior amenities.

The MKC will be the first Lincoln model to be designed entirely by former Cadillac designer Max Wolff who was responsible for the XTS sedan. A likely powerplant for the MKC is Ford’s 2.0-liter EcoBoost engine that pushes out 252 hp and 270 lb-ft of torque in the Focus ST.
