The Porsche Panamera is preparing to go through a mid-cycle update, and our spy photographers caught the updated car testing almost completely undisguised.

Changes coming to the Panamera’s style are minimal, with new headlights, tailights and bumpers being the most visible differences.

Influence from the Panamera Sport Turismo Concept are minimal, and will likely be seen more prominently in the next all-new Panamera. Most of the appeaance changes coming to the new Panamera actually appear to be lifted from the latest generation Boxster, as can be seen in the taillights, rear end and LED running lights up front.

The interior of the car is also expected to get some slight changes.

As for powerplants, the Panamera may be getting a plug-in hybrid variant, foreshadowed by the Sport Turismo Concept’s propulsion system.
