Audi Qualifies 1st, 2nd for 2013 24 Hours of Le Mans

Audi is looking to continue its dominance at the 24 Hours of Le Mans, running a 3:22.349 lap time today and taking the top spot in qualifying for this year’s endurance race.

The number-2 Audi Sport Team Joest R18 e-tron quattro will start the 2013 24 Hours of Le Mans from pole position and right behind will be the number-1 Audi R18 with current the FIA World Endurance Champions behind the wheel. Qualifying third was the Toyota TS030 Hybrid which had a best lap time of 3:26.654.

The 2013 24 Hours of Le Mans will kick off on Saturday, June 22 at 9:00 AM EDT.
