The Jaguar XQ crossover, which is likely to share its platform with a smaller Jaguar sedan model, is expected to make its debut at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show in September.

Rather than sharing a platform with an existing Land Rover product, the Jaguar XQ or Q-type will ride on a version of the XS platform, a smaller sedan that Jaguar is expected to manufacture to compete against the popular BMW 3 Series.
