Porsche has officially unveiled the newest member of its GT family.

Arguably the best-looking Cayman model yet, this is the first Porsche GT sports car based on the Cayman and features components from the 911 GT3, allowing it to clock a time of 7 minutes and 40 seconds on the North Loop of the famed Nürburgring. That means this formidable sports car has earned the same lap time as the last generation 911 GT3, while sporting a 0-60 time of 4.2 seconds and a top track speed of 183 mph.

Powering the Cayman GT4 is a 3.8-liter flat-six engine borrowed from the 911 Carrera S, sporting 385 hp that is sent to a six-speed manual transmission. And as capable as the Cayman GT4 is in standard production form, it can be ordered with numerous upgrades including the Porsche Ceramic Composite Brake (PCCB) system, full bucket seats made of carbon fiber and a custom Sport Chrono Package featuring a Track Precision app.

Inside, the Cayman GT4 comes standard with sports seats that are upholstered in a combination of leather and Alcantara while the sport steering wheel guarantees ideal control and direct steering feedback for its driver.

The Porsche Cayman GT4 will make its official auto show debut at the upcoming 2015 Geneva Motor Show and the German automaker promises that it’ll arrive in U.S. showrooms starting July 2015.
