The 2016 BMW 7 Series will make its official debut on June 10.

To whet the appetite of luxury sedan shoppers, the German automaker has released a video teasing the upcoming flagship sedan that BMW boasts will be “the future of luxury.” The sedan will feature “game-changing innovations, benchmarking comfort and contemporary design as well as dynamics that are both impressive and highly efficient.”

Originally expected to make its debut at the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show in September, numerous leaks of the 2016 BMW 7 Series has likely caused the automaker to push its unveiling ahead of schedule.

BMW has shown its next-generation 7 Series at private viewings to high-profile customers, which has been the source of several leaks on the sedan. In terms of design, don’t expect a lot of major changes as BMW has opted to keep its classical lines and traditional styling intact.

The model will ride on a new platform with lightweight construction, while new features include autonomous driving systems, a gesture control system and BMW’s laser headlight technology. The teaser video below showcases some of those features and check back with AutoGuide.com later next week when the 2016 BMW 7 series makes its official debut.
