The Jaguar XF has taken the top spot for 2016 AutoGuide.com Reader’s Choice Luxury Car of the Year.

The sultry luxury sedan loses a lot of weight for the 2016 model year, with extensive use of aluminum in the car’s architecture. Despite being lighter, the passengers are treated to more room inside and a lot more technology that improve driving dynamics, connectivity and safety.

The gorgeous British XF is powered by a supercharged 3.0-liter V6, with either 340 or 380 horsepower. The sedan is all-wheel drive with a rear-wheel bias for a sportier feel.
