2017 Subaru WRX Gets Slight Price Bump

The 2017 Subaru WRX is getting a small price bump.

Available in standard, Premium and Limited trim lines, the 2017 Subaru WRX will start from $27,515 including destination marking a $100 increase over the previous model. Stepping up to the WRX Premium model will cost $29,815 while a CVT is available for $1,200 additional. The top-of-the-line Limited trim adds more luxury to the WRX with leather-trimmed upholstery, an eight-way power driver’s seat and welcome lighting. Exclusive to the model are LED low-beam headlights that provide a unique look and enhanced visibility.

The standard WRX features a 2.0-liter turbocharged Boxer four-cylinder engine with 268 horsepower.

Those shopping for more performance can opt for the 2017 Subaru WRX STI that starts from $36,015. Powering the WRX STI model is a 2.5-liter turbocharged Boxer engine with 305 horsepower. At the top of the range is the WRX STI Limited that not only adds leather-trimmed upholstery and an eight-way power driver’s seat but also Blind Spot Detection and Rear Cross Traffic Alert, as well as Keyless Access and Push Button Start with PIN Code Access.

2017 Subaru WRX STI Limited shoppers can choose a low-profile trunk spoiler in lieu of the standard large signature wing.

The 2017 Subaru WRX and WRX STI models will arrive dealerships this summer.
