Ferrari has announced a new turbocharged V8 engine for its four seat cruiser.

The GTC4Lusso T will make its official debut at the upcoming 2016 Paris Motor Show, sporting a 3.9-liter turbocharged V8 that pumps out 601 horsepower and 560 pound-feet of torque. Peak hp is reached at a high 7,500 rpm, while all that torque is available between 3,000 and 5,250 rpm.

Ferrari is billing this version as the economic option which will burn less fuel thanks to the new engine and decreased weight. Weight savings have been made by cutting the all-wheel drive setup in favor of rear-wheel drive, bringing dry weight down to 3836 pounds (1740 kg), a savings of about 110 pounds.
