Every now and then something happens that seems to defy the laws of physics.

That’s exactly what the “Mad Scientist” Lee O’Donnell did at the Monster Jam World Finals in Las Vegas. Considering it’s the first ever front flip in Monster Jam competition history, it’s little surprise O’Donnell went on to win the freestyle championship at the event. And the way it happened made it look so effortless.

O’Donnell landed off a jump in a wheelie and kept the front wheels off the ground by staying on the gas pedal. He hit the next jump with the front wheels in the air, causing the monster truck to do a front flip where it landed on its wheels.

Now we can’t wait to see what the monster truck world comes up with next.
