The 2017 Mitsubishi Lancer Limited Edition will arrive in dealerships later this month.

Priced from $20,660 including destination, the Lancer Limited Edition demands a $2,000 premium over the ES base model but adds a unique trim package that incorporates technology and styling at a competitive price. On the exterior, the Lancer gets black painted finishes on the 16-inch wheels, roof, upper front grille garnish, fender garnish and door mirrors. It also comes with a sunroof and a Limited Edition badge to prove its authenticity.

Inside the cabin, it receives a custom design with black fabric and red stitching on the steering wheel, shift knob, brake lever, arm rest and door trim. Other interior features include aluminum pedals, black headliner and pillars, gloss black finishing and 6.5-inch Display Audio System with Smartphone Link for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

The 2017 Mitsubishi Lancer Limited Edition will be available through the model year. Production of the sedan is expected to end this August and there likely will not be a replacement for the model.

“The Lancer has a long-standing tradition of providing consumers unparalleled value at an attractive price, so it was only fitting we pay tribute to the sedan with a Limited Edition trim offering,” said Don Swearingen, executive vice president and chief operating officer, MMNA. “With the addition of updated styling and advanced technology features, the Limited Edition Lancer is set to appeal to consumers who prioritize aesthetics and enjoy a connected car experience.”
