It appears a new trailer for Need for Speed Payback has given us an early look at the 2018 BMW M5.

We’ve managed to catch the 2018 BMW M5 testing with plenty of camouflage, but what is showing up on the Need for Speed Payback images looks more than just a creative artist’s render. There’s even more reason to believe this is the real deal, considering Electronic Arts, publisher of the Need for Speed series, has a licensing deal with BMW and authenticity is important to the game.

An additional image appears on Origin, Electronic Arts’ store, that clearly shows an M5 badge on the side fender vent. It also gives us a good look at how aggressive the front bumper will be.

We won’t get to see the 2018 BMW M5 officially until the 2017 Frankfurt Motor Show in September, so, for now, this might be the best look we have of the next-generation BMW M5.
