Buy It! Totally Original 1975 Jeep Cherokee Sport
With 71,500 original miles, snap this up before some hipster does.
A sporty and utilitarian vehicle, this Cherokee is powered by an AMC 401 V8 (the largest engine ever fitted to a Jeep) mated to a 3-speed automatic transmission and sent to all 4 wheels using Jeep’s “QuadraTrac” permanent four-wheel-drive. Although the record holding V8 only makes 215 horsepower, 100 miles per hour was easily achieved – not an easy feat for other SUVs at the time. The vibrant yellow paint with black cabin looks amazing here, Slot Mag wheels with white stripe tires totally complete the original vibe of this Jeep, and those graphics down the side make us wish it was still the 70s. This one isn’t in perfect shape, but that might be the reason we like it! This is a totally usable truck that would be awesome as a daily or a family road trip wagon. We would really like to see somebody buy this and LEAVE IT ALONE! These are rare, but seeing one in original shape is even rarer.
