T Sportsline Tesla Model 3 Gets Cosmetic Mods

You might say the Tesla Model 3 has had a bit of a troubled launch, but that hasn’t stopped Tesla tuning firm T Sportsline from developing some cosmetic modifications for the mid-size EV.

T Sportsline wrapped its Model 3 in matte black 3M vinyl wrap and covered the typically chrome exterior pieces in glossy black vinyl for a particularly mean look. Other exterior mods include 19-inch TST Turbine wheels, which look an awful lot like the Turbine wheel for the Model S, red painted brake calipers and tinted taillights. The company has other parts for the Model 3 on the way, too, such as a carbon fiber rear lip spoiler and a carbon fiber lip kit.

Inside, T Sportsline has reupholstered the Model 3’s seats in white leather and replaced the open pore wood trim with carbon fiber. The company has left the Model 3’s sad-looking steering wheel alone, which is a shame because we’ve always thought that it was easily the ugliest component on the EV. A little Alcantara on the rim and some contrasting red or yellow stitching would go a long way, in our opinion, but maybe T Sportsline is working on that too.

If you were hoping for added performance, you’ll probably be left waiting for Tesla to drop the dual-motor Model 3 on us. T Sportsline is leaving the EV’s powertrain alone for now, but says it can install some stiffer sport lowering springs if you’re looking for sharper handling.

Meh. It'll look better with a carbon fiber wing and carbon fiber trim on the inside is a nice touch, those seats though ... Nice to look at but they're going to get dirty fast. You guys are right about that steering wheel too.
