The new 2019 Audi S6 has been caught testing by spy photographers and unlike the standard 2019 A6, it actually has real exhaust tips.

The black quad-tip exhaust is one of the only aspects of this prototype that gives it away as an S6 as opposed to a standard A6. Apart from the sporty-looking exhausts and larger wheels, this prototype looks nearly identical to the 333 hp 3.0-liter TFSI V6 powered A6 that we sampled earlier this year.

Little is known about the new S6, but like other products in Audi’s sporty ‘S’ range, we’re expecting it to be offered with sporty front and rear fascias (not pictured on the prototype) adjustable air suspension, a sport differential and other sport-oriented equipment. Under the hood will likely be the same 2.9-liter twin-turbocharged V6 found in the RS5, which will be making over 450 hp in the application.

The 2019 Audi S6 should make its debut at the 2018 Paris Motor Show before going on sale in Europe in late 2018 and in North America early next year. We’ll have full details on this yet-to-be-shown sport sedan as soon as they become avaialble.
