Endurance Warranty Roadside Assistance Claims

In the event of a mechanical breakdown, you should always take measures to protect your car from further damage. Call 866-330-0760 to get in touch with an Endurance claims representative, or use the Endurance Protect App to have roadside assistance service sent to your location.

Bring your car to the licensed repair facility of your choice and have the repair shop call Endurance to authorize the work that needs to be done. Once your claim is approved, Endurance will pay the repair shop directly, so you won’t have to wait around for a reimbursement check. You will only be responsible for the price of your deductible.

Other Recommendations for Extended Car Warranties

Although Endurance is our top recommended extended car warranty provider, it may not be the best choice for every driver. After getting an Endurance quote, we recommend looking into CARCHEX and CarShield. Both have comprehensive coverage and strong roadside assistance plans. Comparing quotes from multiple providers can help you be sure you’re getting the coverage you need at the best price.

CARCHEX: Best For Used Cars

CARCHEX is our second-highest-rated extended car warranty provider. CARCHEX holds an A+ rating and accreditation from the Better Business Bureau, plus it partners with prestigious companies like Kelley Blue Book and CARFAX.

CARCHEX offers five comprehensive levels of extended car warranty coverage that can protect your vehicle up to 10 years/250,000 miles. It has some of the lowest contract prices among top-tier providers, especially considering its long coverage terms.

CarShield: Best Value

CarShield ranked fourth in our comparison of car warranty companies. Based on our research, we determined CarShield offers the best extended coverage for drivers on a budget. With comprehensive plans at fair prices, a largely positive industry reputation, and plenty of raving CarShield reviews, this provider is a good option for drivers interested in coverage that won’t break the bank.

CarShield auto warranties come in five coverage levels, ranging from exclusionary bumper-to-bumper coverage to a basic powertrain plan. CarShield is also one of the only providers that offers coverage for motorcycles and all-terrain vehicles.

Methodology

Our review team prides itself on sharing accurate and unbiased information with consumers. We have accumulated data from dozens of extended auto warranty companies to formulate our rankings of the industry’s best providers. Companies receive a score out of 5.0 overall, as well as a rating in each of the following categories:
  • Price: Comparing providers can be difficult due to the many factors that influence cost. To determine this score, we employ a secret shopper analysis using different vehicles, mileages, warranty plans, and locations.
  • Coverage: A wide variety of coverage is essential to support the differing needs of customers. We take into account the number of extended car warranty plans available, term limits, exclusions, and additional benefits.
  • Customer Service: The level of customer service and care provided by an extended warranty company is an important consideration. Our review team sifts through customer reviews and complaints from reputable sources such as the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and Trustpilot. We also consider the responsiveness of each company’s customer service team based on our secret shopper analysis.
  • Reputation: Good extended warranty providers consistently provide quality experiences. Our team takes into account BBB ratings and the company’s history of reliable service when giving this score.
  • Transparency: Customers value a commitment to open and honest communication when it comes to vehicle service contracts. Our team of experts takes into account the availability of money-back guarantees and sample contracts.
