A fleet of eight MINI models ventured from one end of Europe to the other, finishing at the Arctic Circle and delivering the world’s longest wish list to Santa Claus.

A grand total of 75,954 wishes from 16 different countries were gathered up, with the wish list coming in at almost 125,000 feet. The wishes were joined end-to-end by a special paper that has a minimal impact on the environment.

The MINI family began its adventure on November 24th from the BMW Group’s headquarters in Munich before travelling over 2,175 miles to Rovaniemi, where Santa Claus’ Post Office is. When the group of MINIs arrived in Rovaniemi, they were not only greeted by Santa, but Finnish driver Rauno Aaltonen. Nicknamed “The Flying Finn” and “The Rally Professor”, Aaltonen has won various events behind the wheel of a MINI.
