Acura NSX Production Model Rumored for Detroit Auto Show Debut

Despite previously confirming that Acura would not unveil its production model NSX at the 2013 Detroit Auto Show, a photo on the Internet is raising speculation that that might not be the case.

Back in October 2012, rumors brewed that the production NSX would make its official debut at this year’s Detroit Auto Show. When AutoGuide reached out to a Honda representative however, those claims were denied.

Instead, Acura announced it would debut a prototype for the next-generation MDX crossover.

The photo in question, however, comes from inside the closed doors of the show venue in the Motor City. It clearly shows a massive display prepared by Acura for the NSX – one that is certain to steal away some attention from the MDX concept.
