2014 Camaro SS Refresh Teased Ahead of NY Auto Show
Change is in the works for Chevrolet’s pony car – something tipped two weeks ago in the New York Auto Show’s newsletter.
Chevrolet released a teaser photo of the 2014 Camaro SS today, saying it will be the ” most significant change for the fifth-generation Camaro.” It isn’t clear exactly what that means, but major mechanical changes seem unlikely.
For the most part, Chevrolet hasn’t touched how the car looks. Minor changes for the 2013 model year included offering Chevrolet’s MyLink touch screen infotainment system and a borderless mirror. Then again, the fact that Chevrolet is referring specifically to the SS rather than the entire product line could suggest mid-cycle performance enhancements.
