Even if tennis doesn’t matter to you, Maria Sharapova’s name probably does. If not, there’s an even greater chance that will change in the near future.

The Russian superstar and endorsement queen can count Porsche among the brands her athletic and aesthetic clout is paid to promote. Her contract extends for three years.

Last year, Sharapova won the Porsche Tennis Grand Prix in Stuttgart, which meant claiming prize money and also a white 911 Carrera S Cabriolet.

This is a really special day for me. I have had the privilege to be associated with some of the best brands in the world, but now to be partners with Porsche, is such an amazing honor,” Sharapova said during a presentation in Stuttgart.

So what does this mean to normal people? Probably a whole lot of ads featuring the 26-year-old who apart from Porsche can count being called one of People’s 50 most beautiful celebrities in the world, being voted Maxim’s hottest athlete in the world four times and many other accolades.
