Before the McLaren P1 is ready to be delivered to just 375 customers, it has to be extensively tested, and today the brand released a video showing off the car testing at the Arctic Circle.

McLaren is currently testing P1 prototypes around the world, to make sure that the car can handle all climates and weather conditions. McLaren only has one goal for the car, for it to be ‘the best driver’s car in the world on road and track.’

The P1 will be featured at this year’s Goodwood Festival of Speed, where the car will be given a chance to show off its performance, and its 916 hp, which comes from a 3.8-liter twin-turbo V8 mated to an electric motor.
