Compacts, mid-size sedans and pickup trucks all made it to this week’s list of most researched new cars.

Mazda unveiled its new Mazda3 this week, showing the next product to gain the company’s KODO design language. It, along with the Mazda6 were both popular searches in the AutoGuide.com new cars section.

The Volkswagen GTI was also popularly queried along with the Honda Accord.

Finally, the Ram pickup was also the subjet of curiosity, riding on the news that Chrysler will offer a diesel version of its 1500 truck.
