Volkswagen Does Its Best Gymkhana Impression
Volkswagen wants to have a little bit of its own Gymkhana fun.
The German automaker has teamed up with professional driver Tanner Foust and peppered its new GTI with GoPro cameras to celebrate its launch. The clip is part of a new marketing campaign where GTI customers will get a GoPro with the purchase of their car through June 30.
Though the video is only five minutes along, there’s an additional 17 minutes of footage featuring alternate angles of Foust’s antics in the GTI. The 2015 Volkswagen Golf GTI is powered by a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine with 210 hp and 258 lb-ft of torque.
