2016 Mazda CX-5 Facelift Revealed in Spy Photos

The Mazda CX-5 is getting a minor facelift to keep it fresh.

The Japanese automaker is giving its popular crossover a mild update and AutoGuide.com‘s spy photographers have caught it testing in the public. Up front, the CX-5 benefits from a new grille and headlights with daytime running lights, along with side indicators in the mirror covers.

In the rear of the CX-5, the tail lights are getting new graphics which rounds off the facelift. The current Mazda CX-5 originally debuted in 2011, so it’s on schedule for its midcycle update which will likely stay around for another few years before the next-generation CX-5 arrives.
