The new Hyundai Genesis is selling fast.

Named AutoGuide.com‘s 2015 Car of the Year, the all-new Hyundai Genesis has passed the 100,000-sales mark after initially launching 18 months ago on November 2013.

According to the Korean automaker, the new Genesis sedan achieved the milestone 10 months quicker than the first-generation model with domestic sales in Korea reaching 52,661 units while exports have reached 53,524 units. The new Hyundai Genesis sedan is built solely in Korea and is exported to Chinese, European, Middle East and North American markets. In the U.S., the Genesis sedan is third in the midsize luxury sedan market so far in 2015.
