When a McLaren meets the race track, beautiful things happen.

The British supercar builder has released a video showing its latest creation, the 675LT (or 675 Long Tail) tearing up the race track.

It gives us our first chance to watch the 675LT put its massive active “Longtail” airbrake to work. The driver also shuffles through all of the car’s drive modes while on the track to demonstrate the differences before turning traction control off completely and letting that long tail hang out through the corners.

The 675LT is based on the 650S but it adds even more performance thanks to 220 lbs of weight loss, a power boost to 666 HP and improved aerodynamics. Thanks to this combo, the 675LT packs a power-to-weight ratio of just 4 lb/hp. That power comes from a 3.8-liter twin-turbo V8, sending this car to 60 mph in less than three seconds and on to a top speed of 205 mph.
