The built-to-order BAC Mono Marine Edition is ideally suited to the super yacht environment.

In a world where luxury meets extra-ultra luxury, the BAC Mono Marine Edition is based on a 2016 model year Mono with a 2.5-liter Mountune engine with 305 horsepower. Luxury British automaker BAC customized it inside and out with a focus on a luxurious marine lifestyle and it comes complete with a carbon fiber crane arm that is designed to transport the Mono on top of any super yacht. According to BAC, the crane arm can be universally used with all yacht crane systems.

BAC also developed an anti-corrosive coating for the components to ensure the BAC Mono Marine Edition is protected in the salty climates. Priced from about $775,000, the Marine Edition is completely bespoke and built to order and weighs just 1,279 pounds.

So, yes, now owners of super yachts can travel around the world and upon docking, can pull out their exclusive BAC Mono Marine Edition to drive around the streets.

“Today’s super-yachts are paragons of exquisite taste, exceptional design, and the ultimate experience possible,” said Andrew Whitney, director of strategy and corporate development at BAC. “It is only fitting that owners should be able to extend that experience beyond the vessel upon arrival.”
