What if the Tesla Model 3 was offered as a hatchback?

The brand is currently working to begin production of the Model 3 sedan, which has already received more than 325,000 preorders. The car rides on a new small platform, which should allow Tesla to add additional variants in the future. In fact, Tesla has already said that a small crossover sport utility vehicle will be based on the Model 3.

This rendering shows what a Model 3 hatchback could look like if Tesla decides to add more body styles in the future. Currently, the brand has the Model S large sedan, Model X crossover and now the Model 3 small sedan.

    Better looking than the sedan.

Tesla should copy Mercedes. Release a hatch, coupe, Station Wagon/Estate/Shooting Brake, Convertible, and maybe even a Ute/Pickup ! Just look at the variants in the latest A Class or C Class... It is mind boggling all the different models.
