Audi is teasing the new Q5 crossover that is making its debut at the 2016 Paris Motor Show.

The short video gives a glimpse at the Q5’s headlights and tail lights as the model enters its second generation. Up front, the narrow headlights are prominently shown, while the tail lights will have elements that work with the turn signals.

The current Audi Q5 originally went on sale in the U.S. as a 2009 model year, so it’s about time that Audi gave it a redesign. Expect it to follow similar cues as the redesigned Q7 that has already been introduced.

2016 Paris Motor Show Preview

The second-generation Q5 should launch as a 2018 model and will likely be feature a more powerful turbocharged four-cylinder engine with improved technologies, including Audi’s Virtual Cockpit instrument cluster.
