The 2018 Jaguar F-Pace SVR is making its rounds at the Nurburgring.

Aimed to compete with the likes of the Porsche Macan Turbo, the Jaguar F-Pace SVR could arrive within the next year. The prototype caught on camera by spy photographers is heavily camouflaged, but we can see larger wheels on all four corners helping conceal the bigger brakes lurking behind. The front bumper has also been tweaked, with an extra piece of mismatching camouflage is used to cover the larger air intakes.

Under the hood, Jaguar Land Rover’s Special Vehicle Operations (SVO) division will likely turn to the same powerplant used in the Range Rover Sport SVR and F-Type SVR. So at the very least, expect the F-Pace SVR to have around 550 horsepower.
