Aston Martin Continues Its Onslaught of Outrageously Sexy Cars

Aston Martin has dropped the top on its already sexy Vanquish S.

The Aston Martin Vanquish S Volante has been introduced, and like its coupe counterpart, the convertible is powered by a 5.9-liter naturally aspirated V12 engine with 580 horsepower and 465 pound-feet of torque. The powerplant is mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission.

Dropping the top resulted in minor styling changes to the already gorgeous Vanquish S, with small cowl humps adding a bit more personality to the model.

There is no word yet on how much weight the convertible top adds or how quickly the top can go up or down, but pricing will start from $315,775 when it arrives dealerships this April. That’s $18,000 more than the coupe, in case you’re wondering.
