Mercedes Previews Its Porsche Panamera Fighter
The Mercedes-AMG GT family is getting a new member.
Rumored to be called the Mercedes-AMG GT4, the German automaker has released the above teaser image ahead of the car’s debut next week in Geneva. It’s also staying really quiet about details on the model, but it will be a four-door sports car set to compete against the Porsche Panamera.
2017 Geneva Motor Show Coverage
Earlier reports say the GT4 won’t ride on the same platform as the existing Mercedes-AMG GT, but rather it will be underpinned by the company’s modular rear architecture (MRA) that’s found on the C63, E63 and S63 models.
Look for more information on the Mercedes-AMG GT4 once it bows at the 2017 Geneva Motor Show next week.
