Thed Bjork and the fellas over at Polestar were officially declared the champions of the FIA World Touring Car Championship last week, and they’re pretty happy about it.

So happy, in fact, that they’ve created the Volvo V60 and S60 Polestar Performance World Champion Editions. The cars come with stuffed to the brim with Polestar performance parts, like 19-inch light alloy wheels, performance-focused tires, stainless steel exhaust, a better air filter, upgraded dampers and springs, and more.

And to make sure the car doesn’t feel sedate after all of that, it also gets an extra 10 horsepower and 36 pound-feet of torque.

“The engineers from Polestar and Cyan Racing have worked collaboratively on engineering developments for existing Polestar road cars for many years,” said Christian Samson, head of product development. “It’s therefore fitting that we celebrate the remarkable achievement of securing our maiden World Championship by adding more performance to the cars that have been instrumental this season.

The package will be available on D4, D5, T5, and T6 models, and you’ll be able to spot them thanks to some nifty exterior upgrades, too. Around back, the models will have Polestar’s diffuser and spoiler, keeping the car glued to the road, and inside drivers will shift with a Polestar gear lever.

“With the Volvo S60 and V60 Polestar Performance World Champion Editions, we’ve created an accessible piece of history for many Volvo car owners,” said Samson.
