N.Technology’s Porsche Panamera race car has already had great success in the Italian Supercars series with its limited race time, but it looks like those efforts aren’t enough to satisfy the team at N.Technology. And just like that, they’ve completed and tested their second Porsche Panamera race car that will be competing this weekend at the Paul Ricard circuit in France.

With the success of their first car, it’s no surprise they’ve expanded their major sponsorship with Zegg & Cerlati, a manufacturer of fine watches and jewelry. The Panamera race car also gets its new official livery of black and chrome.

We’ll keep our eyes glued to see how it does this weekend and whether or not N.Technology will experience growing pains with an all new race car… or just go blow the doors off of its competition right from the start – again.

PRESS RELEASE

9/15/2010 – N. TECHNOLOGY, NEW CAR AND COLORS FOR PAUL RICARD

N.Technology completed yesterday at the Autodromo di Franciacorta (Italy) the shakedown of the new and further developed Porsche Panamera S car that will race next weekend – on 18 and 19 September – at the Paul Ricard circuit in France. On the occasion N.Technology unveiled the new official livery of the car with the colors of the famous brand of watches and jewelry Zegg & Cerlati, expanding in this way the already existing partnership.

Mauro Sipsz, N.Technology Team Principal

“After the success of Mugello, our target at Paul Ricard is even more difficult: confirm N.Technology at the top, despite stronger competitors. In the last weeks, we have finished the construction of the second car on which are present all the updates and developments studied by N.Technology engineers in view of the Paul Ricard and following events of Superstars International Series.
Above all, we´re really excited to unveil the new and unique livery of the car thanks to the partnership with Zegg & Cerlati, friends and owners of the prestigious company of watches and jewelry.”

Carlo Cerlati, Zegg & Cerlati
“The combination of two companies recognized for quality, technology and winning tradition is a great opportunity to promote our brand and our products internationally. We are delighted to have signed this partnership with N.Technology.”

Founded in 1997 by Tina Zegg and Carlo Cerlati “Zegg & Cerlati” has become synonymous of watches and jewelry at the highest levels. In the stores located in Monte-Carlo (Monaco), Ischgl (Austria) and Samnaum (Switzerland), lovers and connoisseurs can find exceptional pieces, limited editions and special creations of the most prestigious global brands, as well as special items made on request. In 2008, to celebrate the tenth anniversary, it has been created the “Place du Casino”, the first watch branded “Zegg & Cerlati”, whose image will be reproduced on the bonnet of the Porsche Panamera S by N.Technology.
