GM did a lot of work to the interior of the new 2014 Chevy Corvette to make sure it addressed customers widespread complaints about the last interior, and recently the brand released a video detailing what went into making the new Corvette interior.

The video show designers and engineers coming together to hammer out the details for exactly what the inside of the Corvette would be. Two seat options are available for the car, either regular GT seats, or sports oriented competition seats.

Premium materials are used in the interior of the Vette, including carbon fiber, stitched leather and aluminium. Chevy’s MyLink infotainment system has also been added to the Vette, giving the car its first-ever infotainment system.
