Fiat is unveiling a one-of-a-kind print ad in the annual ESPN The Magazine’s “Body Issue” and the Italian automaker has released a behind-the-scenes video on how that ad became a reality.

Yes, that is basically an Abarth 500 Cabrio constructed from over a dozen female artists, models, and contortionists with body paint. Undoubtedly the print ad will fit in with the special issue of the magazine, which focuses on athletes baring it all.

“Our ideal execution is when a client creates an ad that works so well within the context of our environment,” said Eric Johnson, ESPN executive vice president, multimedia sales. “Not only is this a creative win, it thematically ties in perfectly with ESPN The Magazine’s annual Body Issue.”

Watch a behind-the-scenes video below on how the ad was created.
