Honda Recalls Almost 900,000 Odyssey Minivans for Fire Risk

Honda‘s popular minivan is facing yet another recall, this time for a potential fire risk.

The 2005-2010 Honda Odyssey minivan has been recalled for a faulty fuel pump that could crack and leak, potentially catching fire. In total, 886,815 Odysseys are affected by the recall, all of which were built in Alabama. No fires or injuries related to the recall have been reported.

Due to the large number of vehicles affected by the recall, the Japanese automaker has announced that the proper repair parts won’t be available until summer. Interim parts will be available until the proper repair parts are in stock however, and affected owners will be notified starting next month.
