Ferrari F60 America is a Topless Tribute to the USA

Ferrari has a new limited-production special edition model that celebrates its 60th anniversary in North America.

The F60 America is essentially a roofless version of the Ferrari F12 Berlinetta, though the car does get some unique looks. Only 10 of these special models will be produced, each one selling for a cool $2.5 million. Power is still provided by a 6.3-liter V12 that cranks out a ridiculous 730 hp and 509 lb-ft of torque, making the 0-60 mph sprint happen in 3.1 seconds.

Not just a meaningless badge package, the F60 America has a revised nose, wings, doors and a bespoke interior to help it stand out next to the standard F12. Each car will be painted with the North American Racing Team livery while special 60th anniversary prancing horse badges sit on both sides above the front wheels.

Moving inside, the entire driver side of the car is finished in red while the passenger side is all black, a nod to racing Ferraris of the past. American flag colors are found on the center center of each seat while a few cues from the LaFerrari and 458 Speciale, like the blade-like gear shift panel have also been added to this car.

Those worried about the rain getting into their Ferrari have nothing to fear either, as a removable fabric top will be supplied with the car, although it can only withstand speeds of up to 75 mph.

No thanks, I rather have a Bugatti Veyron although that car is close to the same price referring the super performance models like the Vitesse.
